Terms of Service (Paid Games)

By purchasing, installing or playing a paid game published by Francisco Casanova ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the game.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

You are not buying ownership of the game. You are buying a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sell, sublicense or rent the game or any part of it, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

All purchases are made through Apple or Google, who act as the merchant of record. Prices are shown in your local store and may include taxes depending on your region. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Any additional in-app content is licensed on the same basis as the base game and is processed through the same store.

Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under Apple's or Google's refund policies. Please make your request through the store directly, as we cannot issue refunds for purchases we did not process.

Where local consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal or a remedy for faulty digital content, that right applies in addition to the store's policy.

We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and we may end support for older devices or operating systems. Where a game includes online services, those services may be modified or discontinued; we will try to give reasonable notice where practical.

A purchase gives you access to the game as it exists at the time of purchase, plus any updates we choose to release. It is not a promise of specific future content.

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, use unauthorised third-party software, or attempt to disrupt our services. Where a game includes any user-submitted content, you are responsible for what you submit and must not post unlawful, abusive or infringing material.

Except as required by law, the game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a game is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page, and the date above will change.
