Terms of Service (Free Games)

By downloading, installing or playing a free game published by Francisco Casanova ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the game.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the game with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sell or rent the game or any part of it, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

The game is free to download. It may display advertising, offer optional in-app purchases, or both. Any purchase is processed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and we never receive your full payment details.

In-app items are a licence to use virtual content inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or discontinued as the game evolves.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the store you purchased from, according to that store's refund policy.

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, use bots or unauthorised third-party software, interfere with other players, or attempt to disrupt our services or servers.

Where a game includes any player-visible name, message or user content, you are responsible for what you submit and must not post unlawful, abusive, hateful or infringing material. We may remove content and suspend access for breaches of these terms.

The game is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature, including online services, at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of a shutdown where practical.

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted on this page, and the date above will change. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
