Privacy Policy (Free Games)

What data the free games collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

01Who we are

Francisco Casanova is the developer and data controller for the free games described in this policy. This policy covers the games themselves; it does not cover the App Store, Google Play, or any third-party site the games link to.

02Data we collect

Gameplay and device data: progress, settings, crash reports, device model, operating system version, language, region, and a resettable advertising or device identifier. This is used to run the game, fix bugs and understand how the game is played.

Advertising data: if the game shows ads, the ad provider may process your advertising identifier and coarse usage signals to serve and measure ads.

Support data: if you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply and to keep a record of the issue.

We do not ask for your name, address or payment details, and we do not knowingly collect precise location data.

03Why we process it

To provide and maintain the game (performance of our agreement with you), to keep it stable and secure, and to understand aggregate usage so we can improve it (our legitimate interests).

Where the law requires it — in particular for personalised advertising and non-essential analytics in the EU/UK — we process data only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

04Third parties

We use third-party providers for app distribution, crash reporting, analytics and advertising. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. Typical categories include Apple, Google, an analytics provider and an advertising network.

We do not sell your personal data.

05Children

Our free games are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live) unless the store listing says otherwise. Where a game is rated for children, we disable personalised advertising and limit analytics accordingly.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

06Retention

Gameplay and diagnostic data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically no more than 24 months. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months after the issue is resolved.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

To exercise any of these rights, email us. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the games change. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown above.
