IndexPrivacy Policy (Paid Games)
Paid games are deliberately data-light: no ads, no ad tracking, and only what's needed to run the game well.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
01Who we are
Francisco Casanova is the developer and data controller for the paid games described in this policy. It covers the games themselves, not the App Store, Google Play or any third-party site the games link to.
02Data we collect
Gameplay and device data: progress, settings, crash reports, device model, operating system version, language and region. This is used to run the game, save your progress and fix bugs.
Support data: if you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply and keep a record of the issue.
Paid games do not show advertising and do not use advertising identifiers for ad targeting. We do not ask for your name, address or payment details, and we do not collect precise location data.
03Purchases
Your purchase is processed by Apple or Google. They handle payment and receipt data under their own privacy policies. We receive only aggregated sales reporting, which does not identify you.
04Why we process it
To provide the game you bought (performance of our agreement with you), to keep it stable and secure, and to understand aggregate usage so we can improve it (our legitimate interests). Where consent is required for non-essential analytics, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.
05Third parties
We use a small number of providers for app distribution, crash reporting, and cloud save where the game offers it. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.
06Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live) unless the store listing says otherwise. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
07Retention
Diagnostic data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically no more than 24 months. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months after the issue is resolved. Local save data stays on your device until you delete the game.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email us to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the games change. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown above.
